I’m Ashley Broerman, and I handle dispatch and back-office operations at BNW Logistics. I manage the day-to-day flow of freight by dispatching loads, coordinating with drivers and carriers, and making sure every truck is set up with the best possible lanes for a successful week.

Behind the scenes, I take care of all billing and invoicing and handle the majority of dispatch calls for loads we broker to outside carriers. I spend countless hours at my computer making sure the details are right, communication is clear, and every load moves as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

My role is to keep the operation running efficiently and reliably. By staying organized, proactive, and responsive, I help ensure our drivers, carriers, and customers can count on BNW Logistics every day.

I’m Craig Broerman, founder of BNW Logistics. I built this company on a simple belief: freight should be moved with honesty, accountability, and clear communication. With hands-on experience from driving a truck to coordinating shipments across multiple industries, I understand that every load represents someone’s time, reputation, and bottom line.

I also have a strong foundation in agriculture, stemming from working and managing my own farm. That background has given me a deep respect for the bulk products community and a clear understanding of agricultural commodities—the timing, handling, and reliability they demand. This experience allows me to better serve shippers and carriers moving bulk and ag-related freight with the care and attention it deserves.

My focus is on building long-term partnerships with both shippers and carriers by doing what many overlook—answering the phone, solving problems quickly, and standing behind every load we move. Whether it’s a one-time shipment or a dedicated lane, my goal is to make freight simple, reliable, and stress-free.

I’m Alan Lennartz, owner of Lennartz Transport. I built this trucking company from the ground up, starting with one truck and growing it into a multi-truck operation that works with both company drivers and owner-operators.

Alongside running Lennartz Transport, I also operate an asphalt company, which means long days balancing job sites, managing drivers, handling problems as they come up, and keeping trucks on the road. I stay hands-on with the operation because I believe strong leadership comes from being involved, understanding the work, and taking care of the people who make it happen.

I take pride in being fair, dependable, and generous with those who earn my trust. I expect hard work and accountability, but I’m equally committed to supporting my drivers and standing behind them. My goal is to build a company people are proud to work for and partners can rely on.
